Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Khabib Nurmagemedov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonardon Gonalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nurmagemedov comes to the cage accompanied by Kanye West ft Jay-Z Nicki Minaj Rick Ross and Bon Iver - Monster. Leonardon Gonalez told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonalez closes the distance but Nurmagemedov moves to the side

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Gonalez wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nurmagemedov keeps working.
Gonalez tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Gonalez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nurmagemedov tries to avoid it but Gonalez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nurmagemedov to the ground. Nurmagemedov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Gonalez throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gonalez is looking to clinch but Nurmagemedov is avoiding it.

Nurmagemedov throws a solid leg kick but Gonalez takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Nurmagemedov.

and Nurmagemedov decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Gonalez's guard.
