Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vit Tu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dredrick Tatum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tu's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Blanket on the ground. Vit Tu could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Dredrick Tatum's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tu shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tatum defends it nicely.
Tatum attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Tu scores with a jab. Tatum acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Tatum gets caught flat footed, as Tu shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Tu prevents Tatum from getting back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tu tries to free his leg and advance position but Tatum is retaining full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Tu postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Tatum has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Tatum lands a nice looking body shot.

Tu on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Tatum. Tatum obviously looking to wear him down.
Tatum throws a hook but Tu avoids it easily.

A punch lands to the side of Tatum 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Tatum lands with a right hand.
Tatum looks to land a right hand but Tu moved out of range.
Tu's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Tatum connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Tu scrambles back to his feet.

and Tatum counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Tu throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Tatum takes a swing at Tu's ribcage but misses.

A little jabbing left from Tatum on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Tatum throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Tu tries for a takedown but Tatum circles away easily
and Tatum counters with a lovely shot to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Some wild striking there from Tatum.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tu. Tatum does a little dance to reset his feet.
Tu fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Tu on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Tu closes the distance and clinches up with Tatum, looking for a takedown. Tu pushes Tatum against the cage but Tatum circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tatum misses the jab.
Tu swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
A big left from Tu misses.
Tatum scores with a hook.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dredrick Tatum dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Tu misses with a takedown attempt - Tatum sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Tatum cracks Tu with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Tu closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Tatum tries to kick Tu off but Tu keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Tu is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Tatum!
Tatum regains half guard.
Tatum is in trouble now - Tu has advanced to mount!
Tu misses with a head shot.
Tu thowing shots but they're missing.
Tu avoids the attempt from Tatum to control.
Tu has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Tatum is desperately trying to improve his position but Tu has a good base and remains in mount.
Tu raining down hammerfists from mount.

Tu postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Tatum badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Tu around the waist but Tu pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Tu is the winner by TKO! Tu jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vit Tu!
Vit Tu gave a mention to Milwaukee's Best 160 (85% laundry) in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
