The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fayden throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Fayden uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Ardonia has time to react.
Ardonia throws a jab when Fayden was well out of range.
A nice side step and Fayden releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Fayden tries a low kick but Ardonia avoids it.
Ardonia ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fayden moves away.
Fayden smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Fayden misses with an uppercut. Ardonia saw that one coming.
Ardonia keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ardonia lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Ardonia looks to throw the jab but Fayden is out of range.
Fayden looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Fayden swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Fayden blocks a jab.
Fayden gets cracked there but stands up to it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ardonia looks to land a right hand but Fayden moved out of range.
Fayden dives in for a single leg takedown but Ardonia sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Fayden takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Ardonia swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Good exchange - Fayden coming out on top.
Ardonia lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Ardonia loads up on a big right hand but Fayden slips the punch.
Ardonia feints a jab promting Fayden to slip. Ardonia then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Fayden slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Ardonia throws a half hearted mid kick.
Fayden blocks a head kick by Ardonia.

Fayden clinches with his opponent.
Fayden blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Fayden jumps guard.
Ardonia won't allow Fayden to sweep him here.
Ardonia has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fayden managing to control the position.
Ardonia wants to control from the top but Fayden keeps moving.

Ardonia tries to stand but Fayden is controlling from the bottom.

Fayden pushes a forearm under Ardonia's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Ardonia is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
