Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aleksandar Jankovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Isaac Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jankovic comes to the cage accompanied by Skillet - Monster. Martin has chosen Ain't That A Kick In The Head as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jankovic is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Aleksandar Jankovic looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Martin looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Jankovic is breathing heavily.
Martin is trying to control the action in half guard but Jankovic is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Martin takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Martin is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Martin thows a huge punch but Jankovic dodges it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Martin stands up from half guard.

Martin shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Jankovic is trying to defend but Martin finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Martin is trying to control. Jankovic wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Martin lands a head kick that stumbles Jankovic and the fighters go to the mat.

Martin decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jankovic, up you get!
Oh Jankovic is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Martin looks for a takedown but Jankovic sprawls well.

Martin closes the distance looking for a takedown. Jankovic stuffs it but Martin still has hold of him. Martin picks Jankovic up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Martin slams Jankovic to the floor and that's really hurt Jankovic - he doesn't know where he is! Martin throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
