Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zane Stewart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soto Rojas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Rojas misses the target.
Stewart swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Rojas throws a lazy uppercut
and Stewart counters with a two punch combo.
Rojas throws a low kick but Stewart moves out of range easily.

Rojas gets a takedown into half guard.

Rojas is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Stewart doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rojas.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Rojas lands a nice short elbow.
Rojas is thwarting Stewart's attempts to control the position.
Rojas has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Rojas tries to pass the half guard into mount. Stewart knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Rojas wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stewart keeps working.

Rojas seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Stewart does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Stewart is staying active underneath Rojas, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Stewart tries to roll over but Rojas keeps him under control.
Rojas wants to free his trapped foot but Stewart is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Stewart wants to control but Rojas is keeping busy.
