The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Judge shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Myers really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Judge doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Myers counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Myers pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Myers takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

It looks like Floyd Myers has been cut.

Judge takes the fight into the clinch.

Myers drags the fight down to the ground.
Myers thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Myers knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Judge on the ground.
Myers wants to stand and escape but Judge is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Myers is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Judge is controlling him.

Myers has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Judge is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Judge uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Myers.

Myers escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Myers tries to pull guard but Judge forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Floyd Myers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Faith Judge.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Judge gets to his feet. Myers looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Judge tries to break free but Myers pushes him back against the cage.

Myers has Judge pressed against the cage, preventing Judge from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Myers manages to pull guard.

Myers pushes Judge off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Myers slips a jab from Judge.
Judge shoots in looking for a takedown. Myers tries to sprawl out of it but Judge keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Myers manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Judge scores with a one two! Myers had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Myers manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Judge scores with a crisp jab that stopped Myers in his tracks.
Faith Judge seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Myers pushes Judge up against the cage in a clinch.
Myers is trying to pull guard but Judge has him pressed against the cage.

Myers pulls guard successfully.
Judge in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Myers tries to pull guard but Judge holds him up against the cage and eventually Myers drops back down to his feet.
Oh Myers is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
