Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Halibut Halibut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tigyu Solih (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Halibut comes to the cage accompanied by Peter You Suck. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Tigyu Solih was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halibut avoids the body shot from Solih.
Solih looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Halibut!
Solih with the ground and pound from mount.
Solih landing strikes from the mount and Halibut is in trouble!
Halibut is wriggling around trying to escape.
Solih looking to control but Halibut is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Halibut is trying to escape the mount.
Solih looking for a guillotine from mount but Halibut is having none of it.
Solih lands a nice shot to the head.
Halibut working to try and regain half guard.
Solih lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Solih really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Halibut. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Solih lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Halibut is looking to improve his position but Solih isn't that keen on the idea.
Halibut bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Solih doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Halibut controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Solih scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Halibut blocks a head kick by Solih.
Halibut swats away the attempt to clinch by Solih.
Solih throws a head kick but Halibut moves out of range.
Halibut scores with a body shot.
Solih looks gassed!
Solih wants to clinch up but Halibut keeps it at a distance.
Halibut throws a series of strikes that have Solih backpedaling.
Halibut shoots in for a double leg but Solih sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Halibut scores with a jab to the jaw.
Halibut lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Halibut lands a nice looking body kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd cheers as Halibut lands an impressive looking overhand right. Solih doesn't seem phased though.
Halibut lands a front kick.
Halibut's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Halibut duly obliges.
Solih is rocked!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Halibut! Solih is out on his feet! Halibut rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Solih is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Solih is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Halibut Halibut!
