Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Carolus Rex (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aziz Shavershian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shavershian has chosen John O'callaghan - Zyzz Version V2, - Find Yourself feat. Sarah Howells (Re as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Carolus Rex is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Radbod Blank and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rex displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Shavershian throws out the jab.
Rex jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Rex misses with the combination.
Rex throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Shavershian.
Rex misses with a looping left.
Shavershian is looking to clinch.
Rex appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Shavershian steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Rex.
Shavershian lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rex backs up against the cage.
Rex thows a left - swing and a miss!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Shavershian.
Shavershian scores with a head kick. Rex tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rex fails to land with a series of punches.
Rex lands an overhand right.
Rex pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rex tries to close the distance and clinch but Shavershian swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rex lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Rex throws a combination that misses
and Shavershian counters with a nice body kick.

Shavershian instigates a clinch.

Shavershian escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Shavershian cracks Rex with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Shavershian slips a jab from Rex.
Rex rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Shavershian moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Shavershian showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Rex.
Rex works Shavershian's body with a nice hook.
Shavershian uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Shavershian displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rex throws out the jab.
A nice inside leg kick there by Rex. That's going to slow Shavershian down.
Shavershian blocks a head kick by Rex.
Shavershian tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rex manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Rex fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Shavershian, pushing him back against the cage.

Shavershian breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rex rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Shavershian moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Shavershian unleashes a big counter combination but Rex bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rex fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rex avoids the head kick by Shavershian.
Rex throws a leg kick
and Shavershian counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Nice defenses there by Shavershian.
Rex darts in looking for a takedown but Shavershian gets double underhooks and turns Rex into the cage.
Shavershian is pawing at Rex, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Rex's nose. Rex is badly hurt! Shavershian pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Rex tries desperately to hold on but Shavershian is relentless in his assault! As Rex receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Shavershian away and this one is in the books!
