Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Adam McQuaid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddy De Kerpel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Freddy De Kerpel enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Freddy De Kerpel!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Kerpel lands a slapping body shot.
De Kerpel throws a left and a right that both miss
and McQuaid counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
De Kerpel takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
McQuaid shoots in for a takedown but De Kerpel shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
De Kerpel scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. McQuaid doesn't seem bothered though.
De Kerpel is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

McQuaid closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. De Kerpel quickly recovers to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McQuaid passes to side control.

McQuaid working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
De Kerpel wants to get back to his feet but McQuaid drags him back down.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McQuaid tries to score with some ground and pound. De Kerpel controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

McQuaid is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but De Kerpel is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
De Kerpel is trying to buck McQuaid off.

McQuaid in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... De Kerpel is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
