Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Eduardo Lins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Raphael Roberto!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Matheus Silva and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Roberto closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Lins to the mat! Lins manages to get full guard.
Lins has momentary wrist control but Roberto slips an elbow through the middle.
Lins is trying to control the position but Roberto postures up.

Lins is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Roberto throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Roberto with a flurry of punches that miss.
Lins will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Lins wants to control the position but Roberto says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Roberto is controlling the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lins is defending against the submission attempts here by Roberto.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Roberto lands a nice short elbow.
Roberto should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Roberto controlling the pace.
Roberto prevents Lins from improving his position.
Lins is trying to control but can't.
Roberto wants to take a breather but Lins is having none of it.
Roberto perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Lins is looking to control Roberto's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Lins avoid being mounted?
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Roberto connects with a nice short shot to Lins's temple.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Roberto seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Roberto is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lins sees it coming and defends easily.

Roberto has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Lins defend it? Roberto steps over the head and cranks it - Lins is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Roberto!
