The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rudrick drives through with a takedown into Ragnar's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Ragnar is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Rudrick defends well.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ragnar has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rudrick can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ragnar is on top in guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rudrick can do anything to dispel that myth.
Rudrick should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Ragnar tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Ragnar has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
