Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kaique Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Bradley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kaique Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Bradley!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bradley tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bradley to the ground. Bradley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Eric Bradley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva lands a head kick!
Silva wants to clinch up but Bradley keeps it at a distance.

Bradley moves into range and clinches up with Silva.

Bradley breaks from the clinch.
Silva takes a swing at Bradley's ribcage but misses.
Silva scores with a leg kick.
Danga de danga de dang - Bradley scores with a four punch combination!


It looks like Kaique Silva has been cut.
Bradley misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bradley dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Silva. That did some damage!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silva takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Bradley throws a series of punches but Silva moves out of range.
Silva will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

and Silva counters with a left to the body.
Silva takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Silva is breathing heavily.
Bradley lands a nice looking body shot.

Bradley fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Silva, pushing him back against the ropes.
Bradley lands a shot to the body.

Bradley turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bradley manages to end up in side control.
Silva is looking for a sweep.
Bradley connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Silva some visible discomfort.

That's one minute gone in the round.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Bradley works to advance to full mount. Silva defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Bradley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
I looks like Bradley might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Bradley lands a big shot there that rocks Silva but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bradley lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Silva hang on?

Eric Bradley dominated that round.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Bradley gets a takedown into half guard.
Silva is looking to improve his position.
Silva makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Silva.

Bradley chips away with some ground and pound.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bradley has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Silva is proving hard to escape from.

Bradley keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Silva's head.
Bradley connects with a couple of short punches.

Silva working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bradley doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bradley manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Bradley must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Bradley not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Bradley stands and throws Silva's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Bradley scores with a couple of short elbows.
Silva tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Eric Bradley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Bradley.
Bradley lands with a nice combination. Silva backs away looking to recover.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Bradley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Bradley throws a series of strikes that have Silva backpedaling.
Kaique Silva is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Bradley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bradley connects with a nice short shot to Silva's temple.
Bradley takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Bradley's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Bradley trying to mount his opponent but Silva defends it.
Silva has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bradley is working away from the top position though.
Bradley has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Bradley has isolated one of Silva's arms. Silva looking to fight him off but Bradley twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
