Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diesel keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Cherry misses with a two punch combination.
Cherry jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Cherry throws a right and a left that Diesel avoids nicely.
Cherry scores with a jab to the jaw.

Diesel throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Cherry was covering up waiting for the punch and Diesel finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Diesel is breathing heavily.

Cherry is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Diesel defends well.
Cherry preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Diesel trying to control the position from guard on top but Cherry is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Cherry has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Diesel can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Cherry has his foot on Diesel's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Diesel works his way back into a safe position though.

Diesel drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Diesel as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Cherry screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Diesel! Nice submission victory there!
