The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lindblom gets a clinch.
Unreal misses with a short punch on the inside.

Lindblom drives through and clinches with Unreal against the ropes.
Unreal is trying to break the clinch but Lindblom has him pressed against the ropes.
Lindblom misses with the head strike.

Lindblom pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lindblom tries to clinch there but Unreal circles away.
Unreal drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Lindblom defends it well.

Unreal's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Unreal's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Markus Lindblom seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

And Unreal tries to counter it with a takedown but Lindblom pushes his down on his head and steps out.

so Unreal counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Unreal's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Unreal drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Unreal as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Lindblom screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Unreal! Nice submission victory there!
