Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zero Hero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Zero Hero has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Nard Betker and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hero connects with a jab.
Li misses with a takedown attempt - Hero sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Li shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hero pinned against the cage. Hero gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Li looks to clinch
and Hero counters with a stiff right hand.
Nice takedown defense from Hero. No joy for Li on that attempt.
Zero Hero has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Li.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Li working his ground and pound in the gym.

Li stands and throws Hero's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Li looks up at the clock and then as Hero takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Li smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Li tries to score with some ground and pound. Hero controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Hero wants to control but Li postures up.
Hero is working to avoid the ground and pound but Li connects with a decent elbow.
Hero parries the strikes from Li easily there. Li is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Hero to escape.
Li misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That was a close round but I would say that Zero Hero will probably get the nod.
That's time! Hero's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Li shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hero sprawls well. Hero wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Li gets slowly back to his feet.

Hero lands with a straight right. Li didn't see that one coming.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hero lets loose with a powerful body kick. Li will feel that in the morning.

Hero sends Li crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Hero is motioning to the referee to let Li up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Jason Li has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Oooooh!!! Hero has knocked Li down with a huge combo! Hero steps away and waves a wobbly Li back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Hero lands a left hand.

Hero breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hero displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Li.
Hero lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Li out cold! Li is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
