The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grims takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Grims walks into a jab.
Do Prado on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Grims. Grims obviously looking to wear him down.
Grims moves in looking to clinch but Do Prado pushes him off.
Grims connects with a solid leg kick.
Grims plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
It looks like Xerxes Do Prado has been cut.
Grims throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Grims fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Do Prado lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Do Prado scores with a sloppy right hand. Grims should have avoided that one.
It looks like Blasko Grims has been cut.
Grims throws a lazy body kick
and Do Prado counters with a big uppercut that nearly lifts Grims off his feet! Grims crashes to the mat in all kinds of trouble! The referee starts the count but I'm not sure it's necessary - Grims isn't going to make it! The count reaches 10 and this fight is all over! Do Prado screams and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmmm spit, everywhere. Lovely.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Xerxes Do Prado!
