Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rob ODonnell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devon Christenson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). ODonnell comes to the cage accompanied by From Ashes To New - I Will Show You. Christenson has chosen Godsmack - Cryin' Like A B**ch as his entrance music. Devon Christenson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ODonnell shoots in and drives through. Christenson sprawls well.
ODonnell closes the distance looking to clinch
and Christenson counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Rob ODonnell has been cut.
Christenson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Christenson connects with a solid leg kick.

ODonnell rushes Christenson and presses him up against the cage.
Christenson tries to break free but ODonnell pushes him back against the cage.
Christenson tries to circle away but ODonnell has him pinned against the cage.

Christenson breaks from the clinch.
Christenson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Christenson lands a left and a right that send ODonnell crashing to the mat, dazed. Christenson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

ODonnell seems to have got his legs back now.
ODonnell doesn't manage to clinch there - Christenson circles away.

ODonnell instigates a clinch.
Christenson is looking to break free of the clinch but ODonnell has double underhooks.

ODonnell keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Christenson's efforts to push away.

Christenson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
ODonnell showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Christenson.
ODonnell doesn't manage to clinch there - Christenson circles away.
Christenson looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
A combination from Christenson does no damage.
A chopping leg kick lands by Christenson.
Devon Christenson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Christenson throws a right and a left that both miss.
ODonnell moves away from the strike by Christenson.
ODonnell attempts a counter takedown but Christenson avoids it well and moves away.
Christenson lands a leg kick that knocks ODonnell off balance momentarily.
Christenson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Christenson gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows ODonnell to score an easy takedown into full guard.
ODonnell looking to sit in guard and control but Christenson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

ODonnell tries to land a sweep but no joy.
ODonnell will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Christenson slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Christenson is looking to stand up but ODonnell won't let him.
ODonnell bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Christenson's guard.

ODonnell trying to control the position from guard on top but Christenson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
ODonnell throws a big right hand that misses.

Christenson wants to sweep but no luck.
ODonnell throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Christenson works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Christenson kicks ODonnell off and gets to his feet.
Christenson slips under a jab from ODonnell.

Christenson lands a big uppercut and ODonnell crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but ODonnell looks OK. Christenson waves ODonnell back to his feet!

Rob ODonnell's cut is getting worse.
ODonnell gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Christenson gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! ODonnell is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
