Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brutus Landry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Parsons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parsons has chosen Rev Theory - Dead in a Grave as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parsons tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Landry manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Landry defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Parsons.
Landry has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Rape Academy in the buildup to the fight.
The fighters circle momentarily. Landry darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Landry throws a lazy right hand but Parsons sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Parsons accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Parsons told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Parsons connects with a nice short shot to Landry's temple.
Landry knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Parsons on the ground.

That was a close round but I would say that Brutus Landry will probably get the nod.
