The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plata throws a right and a left that both miss.
The fight stays on the outside here - Andrews looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Plata misses with a wild combination.

Andrews gets a takedown into half guard.
Plata is trying to stand back up but Andrews is controlling him
Plata trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Oh but Plata is tightening it up a little... Andrews has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Andrews reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Andrews taps out! nice BJJ there by Plata!
