The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laya shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Hans Krueger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Krueger closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Laya did well to prevent Krueger getting side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
