The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mabuva looks to throw the jab but Palowakski is out of range.
Palowakski throws a shot to the body.
Palowakski lands with an uppercut that bounces Mabuva off the cage and back into range.
Palowakski has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Palowakski tests Mabuva's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Mabuva is trying to break the clinch but Palowakski is controlling him.
A head punch on the inside from Palowakski fails to land.
Palowakski lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Palowakski swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Mabuva is trying to break free.

Palowakski 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Palowakski checks a leg kick.
Mabuva misses with a jab, cross combination.
Mabuva throws out a loose jab but Palowakski uses good head movement to avoid it.
Palowakski throws a quick inside leg kick.
A punch lands to the side of Mabuva 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Mabuva takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Palowakski has taken the fight to the clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Palowakski .
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mabuva tries to circle away but Palowakski has him pinned against the cage.
Palowakski keeps control of Mabuva as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Palowakski pushes Mabuva back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Palowakski lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Palowakski misses with some punches.
Mabuva is trying to push Palowakski away but Palowakski has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Palowakski lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mabuva backwards.

Oh Mabuva is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Palowakski tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Palowakski lands a body shot.
Mabuva is breathing heavily.
Mabuva blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Mabuva seems to have got his legs back now.
Palowakski creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Mabuva's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Mabuva drops to his knees and Palowakski pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
