Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mohamad Izzat!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jeremiah Lee!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yuuki Gou and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Izzat gets caught flat footed, as Lee shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lee postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Lee not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Lee won't allow Izzat to get back to his feet.

Lee gets to his feet - Izzat follows without any prompting.

Lee scores with a takedown into Izzat's guard.
Izzat looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Lee is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lee's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Izzat is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lee controls from within his opponent's guard.
Izzat wants to sweep but no luck.
Izzat working a defensive guard but Lee manages to pass into side control anyway.
Lee controls the position.

Lee is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Izzat has escaped the position, nice work there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Izzat is pushing Lee's head away, looking to escape. Lee manages to hold on to the position though.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Lee lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Izzat down.
Lee has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Lee controlling the position easily from mount.
Let's hope that Lee has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Lee lands a nice shot to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lee jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Izzat manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Izzat trying to control but Lee flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!

Lee working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Izzat is doing well to defend. Lee seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Izzat is forced to tap and this one is over!
