Sims shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Halimi sprawls well. Halimi wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sims gets slowly back to his feet.

Sims jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Halimi walks away with a smile on his face. Sims gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

That was a close second round but I would say that Noe Sims will probably get the nod.
