Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Liyak Rhust (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stone Deniro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Liyak Rhust has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Liyak Rhust seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rhust checks a leg kick nicely.
Deniro avoids a punch combination nicely.
Deniro keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Deniro only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Deniro has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Deniro there as he acknowledges the shot.
A slow jab from Rhust misses its intended target.
Rhust lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Rhust throws a body shot but no joy.
Liyak Rhust seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rhust just misses with a punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Deniro uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Rhust.
Rhust cracks Deniro with an open hand slap.
Deniro pulls out of a head kick attempt.

A clash of legs there as Rhust blocks the low kick.
Rhust misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Deniro.
Rhust connects with a looping right hand.
Rhust throws a looping overhand right but Deniro ducks down to avoid it.
Deniro steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.

Rhust seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Deniro not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Rhust stays in close to Deniro's body and controls the position.

Rhust tries to free his leg and advance position but Deniro is retaining full guard.
Rhust postures up in Deniro's guard and throws a big left but Deniro blocks it.
Rhust postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Deniro won't allow Rhust to pass to mount.
Rhust takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Deniro wants to control but Rhust is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Rhust working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Rhust misses with a hook.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rhust is defended easily by Deniro.
Deniro bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Deniro lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Rhust throws the left hand but Deniro avoids the punch easily.
Rhust connects with a crisp jab.

Rhust tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Deniro defends well and Rhust ends up having to push Deniro into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Rhust throws a looping overhand right but Deniro ducks down to avoid it.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rhust scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Deniro doesn't seem bothered though.

That's time! Rhust's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Rhust shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Rhust was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Deniro takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rhust moves into full mount!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Rhust cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Deniro is desperately trying to improve his position but Rhust has a good base and remains in mount.
Rhust has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Deniro's face.

Deniro is rocked!

It looks like Stone Deniro has been cut.
Rhust loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Deniro scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Rhust land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Rhust stands and salutes the crowd.
