Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 3 - 1, fighting out of The Island, Ska Asap!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Santiago Holmes and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bullard moves into the clinch successfully.
Bullard lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Asap.
Asap's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
A right hook to the body lands for Bullard.
Bullard makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
A nice left hand lands by Bullard.
Bullard throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Asaps head.
Bullard scores with an uppercut up the middle.
A nice right hand lands inside from Bullard.
Bullard lands a left hand.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Asap is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bullard gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Asap has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Bullard lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Asap is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Bullard lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Asap is rocked!

Asap is still on wobbly legs! Can Bullard finish him?
Bullard creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Asap with a big uppercut! Asap tries to clinch up but Bullard pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Asap to the mat! Asap covers up and Bullard unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Tony Bullard!

Tony Bullard bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
