Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kang Deng Tiao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rich Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deng Tiao scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Savage really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Deng Tiao. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Deng Tiao wants to lay and pray for a moment but Savage keeps working.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Deng Tiao drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Savage manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Deng Tiao has Savage in his guard.

Savage will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Savage lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Deng Tiao changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Savage looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Deng Tiao tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Deng Tiao is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Savage knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
