Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wango Tango (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Menezes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tango kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Super Bon Bon - Soul Coughing. Menezes has chosen Charlinho, o menino que só queria estudar - Hermes & Renato as his entrance music. Wango Tango could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Charles Menezes's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Seu Braga and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Menezes or perhaps it was just good defense by Tango, which made it look bad.
Menezes changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tango looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Menezes cracks Tango with a big elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tango takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Tango regains half guard, as Menezes was trying to land strikes.
Menezes has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Menezes wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tango keeps working.
Menezes looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Tango with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tango kicks Menezes off and gets back to his feet.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Tango enables Menezes to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Tango manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Tango is rocked!
Menezes loads up on a big left hand. Tango felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Menezes looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Tango can't hide his disappointment, as Menezes celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Charles Menezes!
A relieved looking Charles Menezes thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
