Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eric Prince (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bugs Bani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bugs Bani looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Eric Prince!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bugs Bani!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bani scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Bani working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Prince is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bani's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bani's back!

Prince is looking for a choke. Bani gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Bani manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard.
Prince lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Bani striking off his back but it's not causing Prince any problems.
Bani not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Prince trying to control but Bani is working from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Prince with a nice head shot there.
Prince passes Bani's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Prince wants to work for an arm triangle but Bani is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Prince wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bani keeps working.
Bani trying to hold on to Prince's head to control him but Prince postures up.
Bani makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Bani.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Prince trying to control but Bani is working from the bottom.
Prince tries to free his leg and advance position but Bani is retaining full guard.
Bani keeping moving, preventing Prince from controlling successfully.

Prince stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Prince lands a big head kick that sends Bani tumbling to the mat! Prince takes a step backwards and waves Bani back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Bani is rocked!

It looks like Bugs Bani has been cut.

Prince darts in and clinches Bani up against the cage.
Bani is still on wobbly legs! Can Prince finish him?

Prince gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Bani is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Prince decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Bani looks winded!
Prince lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Bani is looking to close the distance but Prince sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Bani crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Bani is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
