Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donte Luna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rock has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rock is looking to clinch but Luna is avoiding it.
Luna swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
We've been informed that Rock has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Rock closes the distance and pushes Luna back into the cage.

Luna breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Luna closes the distance and clinches.

Luna manages to break the clinch.

Rock misses with some punches.
Rock lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Luna backwards.
Rock gets through Luna's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Luna breaks from the clinch.

Rock gets tackled into the cage by Luna. Luna maintains the clinch.

Luna avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A little feinted left hand from Luna on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Luna displaying some good clinch control by pressing Rock up against the cage.
Luna blocks a punch to the side of the head.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Rock is fighting off a takedown attempt but Luna is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Rock to the mat. Rock regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Rock throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Luna gets to his feet. Rock looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Luna drives through and clinches with Rock against the cage.

Luna has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Rock uses from the top position.
Rock in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Luna bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rock's guard.

Rock thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Luna postures up and lands a big shot to Rock's brow.

Rock is working an open guard so Luna takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Luna circles away from the clinch attempt.

Luna shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rock tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Luna decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Rock, up you get!

Rock tries to keep at a distance but Luna has taken the fight into the clinch.

Luna breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Rock clinches up with Luna and pushes him back against the cage.

Luna jumps guard.

Luna is looking to cinch up a triangle. Rock throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Luna's body to avoid the submission. Luna has instead reached around Rock's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Luna arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
