The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Leandro Rodrigues and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Largemeat throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Armenteros.
Armenteros tries to clinch up but Largemeat circles away and keeps his distance.
Armenteros misses with a straight left.
Largemeat loads up on a big right hand but Armenteros slips the punch.
Armenteros circles away from the clinch attempt
and Armenteros counters with a thumping low kick.
Largemeat lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Largemeat.
It looks like Esteban Armenteros has been cut.
Largemeat throws a sloppy body shot
and Armenteros counters with a head kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Largemeat throws a hook but Armenteros avoids it easily.
Largemeat jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Armenteros tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Largemeat paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Fridge Largemeat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Largemeat drops Armenteros with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Armenteros looks back up at him and smiles so Largemeat waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

and Largemeat counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Largemeat is fighting to break Armenteros's control of his arms but Armenteros is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Largemeat keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Armenteros's head.
Largemeat stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Armenteros swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Armenteros is trying to control the position but Largemeat postures up.

Largemeat has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Armenteros is proving hard to escape from.

Armenteros thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Armenteros is trying to keep Largemeat in close.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Largemeat keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Largemeat lands a jab to the head.
Largemeat with a poor takedown
and Armenteros counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Largemeat's guard now.
Armenteros trying to control the position from guard on top but Largemeat is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Armenteros is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Largemeat has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Armenteros has passed into side control.
Armenteros tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Armenteros has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Largemeat on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Largemeat tries to get out of the position.

Largemeat on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Armenteros thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Armenteros sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Largemeat is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Armenteros tries to advance to mount but can't.
Largemeat pushes Armenteros away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Armenteros gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Armenteros wants to control but Largemeat is keeping him busy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fridge Largemeat dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Esteban Armenteros's cut.
That's time! Largemeat's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Largemeat avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Armenteros takes one to the side of the head.
Largemeat fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Esteban Armenteros is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Armenteros takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Largemeat throws a left and a right that both miss
and Armenteros counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Largemeat's guard now.
Armenteros drops back looking for a leg! Largemeat is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Largemeat manages to kick Armenteros off! Armenteros jumps back into Largemeat's guard.
Armenteros slips nicely into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Armenteros is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Largemeat is looking to improve his position.
Largemeat tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Armenteros manages to move to mount!
Armenteros is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Largemeat is forced to tap! Great finish!
