Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kurtis Boyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cristo Santo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Santo.
Boyer is looking for a counter combo.
Santo doesn't manage to clinch there - Boyer circles away.

Santo closes the distance and pushes Boyer back into the cage.

Boyer went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Santo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Boyer stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Boyer wants it to stay on the feet.

Santo darts in and clinches Boyer up against the cage.

Santo is pushing Boyer up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Santo manages to break the clinch.

Boyer bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Boyer looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Santo is avoiding damage well.
Santo manages to work his way to half guard, despite Boyer's best efforts.

Boyer looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Santo wants to improve his position but Boyer is controlling well.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Boyer.

Boyer shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Boyer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Santo moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Boyer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Santo but Santo pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Boyer drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Boyer lands a nice short elbow.
Santo tries to roll over but Boyer keeps him under control.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Santo wants to get back to full guard but Boyer has mounted him!

Santo bucks Boyer off and manages to get back to his feet!

Santo has closed the distance and engaged Boyer in a clinch.

Santo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Santo looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Santo tries to clinch up
and Boyer counters with a three punch combo that has Santo backing up. Santo nods at Boyer to acknowledge the strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cristo Santo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Boyer takes an elbow to the temple.
Santo lands a knee to the head.
Santo lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Boyer jumps guard but Santo stands there with Boyer around his waist. Boyer gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Santo lands a right hand.

Boyer is rocked!
Santo lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Boyer backwards.
Oh Boyer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cristo Santo seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Santo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Whack! Santo lands a heavy head kick that drops Boyer. The ref tackles Santo to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Boyer was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Cristo Santo!
After the fight, Cristo Santo was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
