The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hashimoto is looking to land body kicks.
Binse pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Hashimoto lands a glancing blow to the side of Binse's head.
Hashimoto pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Christopher Binse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Binse does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Binse connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hashimoto's hands.

It appears Binse was looking to counter with a kick there.

Binse is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hashimoto off and has taken his back!

Binse got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hashimoto has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Binse has managed to get both his arms back between Hashimoto's legs - danger averted.
