Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Isaiah Ferguson!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferguson shoots for a takedown but Cruz saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ferguson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cruz swivels and escapes.
Ferguson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cruz is fending him off so far but Ferguson persists. Nope, Cruz circles away and we're back to standing.
Cruz is looking to counter the offense by Ferguson and move into the clinch.
Dominick Cruz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Isaiah Ferguson.
Ferguson fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Cruz throws a big counter combination but Ferguson scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Cruz misses with a series of wild punches.
Ferguson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Cruz counters by moving into the clinch.
Cruz decides to pull guard.
Cruz could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Cruz tries to strike from the bottom.
Ferguson drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Ferguson seems to have locked his on tight now - Cruz screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Ferguson, as he picks up the win!
