PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Will Prob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sandor Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Will Prob has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Will Prob seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prob looks to land a left hand but Silva moved out of range nicely.
And Silva tries to counter it with a takedown but Prob pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Prob rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Silva moves into the clinch.

Silva jumps guard and drags Prob to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Silva escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Prob gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Silva wants to sweep but no luck.
Silva wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Prob is now in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Silva is trying to maintain the position but Prob is very close to passing his half guard.
Prob wants to get back to his feet.

Silva is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Prob 's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Prob 's back!

Silva is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

and Silva counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Silva tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Prob defends well and Silva ends up having to push Prob into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Prob missing with a left hand there. Silva was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Silva shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Prob defends it nicely.
Silva shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Prob pinned against the cage. Prob gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Will Prob has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sandor Silva.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Silva feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Silva drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Prob defends it well.
Silva goes for a double leg but Prob avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Prob continues to drive forward.

A nice side step and Silva releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Prob is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Silva's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.

Silva uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Prob .
Silva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Prob but Prob pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Prob grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Silva takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Prob cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
