The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hauser sizes up Chick with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Chick takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Chick dives in and grabs Hauser's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hauser pushes down on Chick's head and hops out.
Chick shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Chick swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hauser defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Chick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alp Chick. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Chick darts in looking for a takedown but Hauser gets double underhooks and turns Chick into the cage.
Despite the aggression on Hauser's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Hauser moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Chick! Hauser continues to tee off on Chick, landing with a left and a right! Hauser connects with a right hand that leaves Chick sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Hauser!
