Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Piotr Hallman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ty bo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). ty bo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

bo moves into the clinch successfully.
bo is pressed up against the cage. Hallman has hold of a leg and is looking to drag bo down to the mat. bo avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Hallman shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hallman showed some decent athleticism there.

bo felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
bo slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
bo feints a jab promting Hallman to slip. bo then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Hallman slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Hallman shoots in looking for a takedown but bo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hallman's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Piotr Hallman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
