Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Grant Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Borhan Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morrison comes into the arena with Mystery Plane blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Grant Morrison!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Borhan Khan!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Sandra Marshall and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrison scores with a jab to the body.
Khan shoots and misses
and Morrison counters with a nice uppercut.
Khan shoots in but Morrison avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Morrison swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Khan throws a left and a right that both miss
and Morrison counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Khan doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Morrison counters with a nice right hand that sends Khan toppling to the canvas! Khan scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Morrison finish him?!
Khan is rocked!
Grant Morrison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Borhan Khan.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Khan is aggressively charging in as Morrison backs up avoiding any damage. Morrison tosses out a jab and Khan runs right into it face first! Khan is out cold! Morrison dropped down on all fours and is barking in Khan's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Grant Morrison!
After the fight, Grant Morrison was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
