Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Swicker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Velvet Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones has chosen Big Pimpin as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones takes the fight into the clinch.

Swicker tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Jones jumps guard but Swicker stands there with Jones around his waist. Jones gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Jones is trying to break the clinch but Swicker has him pressed against the cage.
Jones lands a left hand that snaps the head of Swicker backwards.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Swicker just misses with a elbow thrown towards Jones's brow.

Jones has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Swicker regains guard immediately.
Jones throws and elbow that misses. Swicker uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Jones's guard. Nice move by Swicker!

Swicker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jones swats him away and circles back towards the center.
