Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Manny Total!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lee Loo!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Loo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Loo defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Total.
Total has a takedown stuffed.
Loo appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Total misses with a takedown
and Loo counters with a one-two to the body.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Manny Total. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Loo has managed to clinch.
Total will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Loo up against the cage.
Total avoiding damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Total jumps guard but Loo stands there with Total around his waist. Total gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Total wants to clinch up but Loo keeps it at a distance.
Total is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Total fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Loo cracks Total with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Loo darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Loo passes the guard and advances to mount!
Loo controlling his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Let's hope that Loo has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Total could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Total takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Loo's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
