Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aku Saari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Karanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Saari might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rock You Like A Hurricane - Scorpions. Andre Karanov is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saari closes the distance and clinches.
Saari definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Saari lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Saari lands a hook that snaps the head of Karanov backwards.
Saari works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Karanov manages to break the clinch.
Saari leaves Karanov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Saari tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Karanov paws at him with a jab and circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Saari looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Karanov drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Saari defends it well.

Karanov is trying to pull guard but Saari turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Aku Saari has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andre Karanov.

Saari swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Karanov is still on wobbly legs! Can Saari finish him?

Saari drops Karanov onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Karanov is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Saari pushes Karanov against the cage. Saari is working some dirty boxing. Saari pushes off with a quick right hook! Karanov goes down! Karanov tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Saari moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
