PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Albein Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rock comes into the arena with sugar we're going down blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Albein Rock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rock Allen!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Daniel Blasius and Albert Achterberg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Rock Allen has been cut.
Allen stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Allen shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Rock scores with a one two! Allen had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Rock tries to clinch there but Allen circles away.
Allen is looking to slow Rock down with leg kicks.
Rock keeps the fight on the outside.
Rock tried to counter with a leg kick but Allen avoided it.
Allen throws a head kick but Rock moves out of range.
Danga de danga de dang - Allen scores with a four punch combination!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rock looks to land a right hand but Allen moved out of range.
Allen swinging wildly here.
Allen lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Rock is rocked!

It looks like Albein Rock has been cut.
Rock walks straight into a right hand from Allen - that's dropped him! Allen jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Rock from any more punishment! Rock complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Rock Allen!
A relieved looking Rock Allen thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Albein Rock was interviewed post fight and said 'I will be back'.
