Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lou Sanus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vincent Masuka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanus comes to the cage accompanied by I Have a Dream. Vincent Masuka is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lou Sanus!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Vincent Masuka!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanus throws a wild body kick that Masuka sees coming a mile off.
Masuka has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Sanus is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Sanus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
As Sanus backs off Masuka throws a huge counter combo but Sanus manages to avoid it all.
Masuka moves out of range of the body kick from Sanus.
Masuka is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Sanus pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Sanus misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Masuka tries to counter by closing the distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Masuka looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
It looked like Sanus wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Sanus dips to his left and cracks Masuka with an uppercut!
Sanus fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Masuka, pushing him back against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Sanus.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Masuka has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Sanus uses from the top position.
Sanus wants to pass the guard but Masuka is keeping the position.
Sanus sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Masuka's guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Masuka can't keep his opponent in guard - Sanus advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Sanus stops Masuka from getting back to his feet.

and Masuka counters with a one-two to the body.

Sanus misses with a kick to the body
and Masuka counters with a takedown into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Masuka looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Sanus gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Sanus is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Masuka is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sanus defends it well.

Sanus throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sanus connects with a jab.
Sanus is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Masuka can do to turn this around?
Sanus misses with an attempted mid kick.
Masuka swats away the attempt to clinch by Sanus.
Sanus looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Sanus bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Masuka is looking for the big counter here.
Sanus lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Masuka blocks a head kick by Sanus.

Lou Sanus is winning the standup battle so far.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sanus thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Masuka if he has to take too many more of those.
Sanus slaps away a takedown attempt from Masuka, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Sanus lands with a kick to the ribs.

Sanus throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Sanus lands a nice looking kick to the body. Masuka takes a step back to recover.
Sanus fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Masuka feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Sanus wants to stand and escape but Masuka is having none of it.
Sanus has his foot on Masuka's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Masuka works his way back into a safe position though.
Masuka postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Sanus is looking for a sweep.
Sanus is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Masuka off and has taken his back!

Sanus is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Masuka has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Sanus has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Masuka has passed into side control.

Masuka is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sanus knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Masuka goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Sanus has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Masuka but great work by Sanus.

Sanus is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Masuka has escaped the position, nice work there.
Masuka parries the strikes from Sanus easily there. Sanus is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Masuka to escape.
Sanus in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Masuka is looking for a sweep. Sanus is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Sanus seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Masuka is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
