Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Armando Conway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Morgan J Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coleman is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: O Fortuna by Gregorian. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coleman throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Conway tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Coleman is in Conway's guard.
Coleman is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Conway looking for a sweep. Not yet Conway, not yet.

Coleman really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Conway. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Conway cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Coleman can do anything to dispel that myth.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Coleman closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Conway takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Conway is looking to regain half guard here but Coleman keeps moving and retains side control.
Coleman works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Conway has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Coleman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Morgan J Coleman showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Conway enables Coleman to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Conway manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Morgan J Coleman comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Coleman has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
