Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lauren Levy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steven Boi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steven Boi has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boi looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Boi is looking to take a break and control but Levy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Levy could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Levy throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Boi looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

Boi is pressing down on Levy's thigh, looking to free his foot. Levy is holding on for now.
Levy preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Levy isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Boi stacks Levy on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Boi!
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Levy might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Levy is trying to control Boi's posture but Boi avoids it.

Boi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Levy throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
You can see the frustration on Levy's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Boi wants to control but Levy is keeping him busy.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Levy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Boi as he avoids it easily.
Boi doesn't manage to clinch there - Levy circles away.

Boi has taken the fight to the clinch.
Levy drops down looking for an ankle pick but Boi pulls his leg out and moves away.
Boi wants to clinch.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Boi fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Levy to the ground. Boi is now in Levy's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Boi shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Levy's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Boi is trying to control but can't.
Boi is controlling Levy's position as best he can from this difficult position.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Boi closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Boi wants the takedown. Levy is fighting it off but Boi persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Levy's guard against the cage.

Levy is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Boi defends well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Levy will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Boi wants to control from the top but Levy keeps moving.

Levy is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Levy is working an open guard so Boi takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Boi thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Boi is breathing heavily.

Levy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Boi can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Boi got a little sloppy there for a moment and Levy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Boi has managed to get both his arms back between Levy's legs - danger averted.

Levy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Boi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Boi manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Boi slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Boi has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Levy is looking for a triangle but Boi pushes his legs off easily.

Levy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Boi gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Boi postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Steven Boi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Boi.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Oooooh!!! Boi has knocked Levy down with a huge combo! Boi steps away and waves a wobbly Levy back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Lauren Levy has been cut.
Boi connects with a high kick.

Levy is rocked!

Boi shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Boi slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Boi lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
