Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bennett Kidd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Grabowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michal Grabowski will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grabowski tries to bum rush Kidd with a series of wild strikes but Kidd uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kidd could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Grabowski has Kidd up against the cage in a clinch.

Grabowski is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Kidd can't fight it off and eventually Grabowski manages to take the fight to the floor. Kidd looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Kidd wants to sweep here but Grabowski controlling him for the moment.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kidd had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Grabowski defends it easily.

Grabowski wants to control from the top but Kidd keeps moving.
Kidd can't keep his opponent in guard - Grabowski advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Grabowski winds up and cracks Kidd with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Kidd knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Grabowski on the ground.
Kidd is looking for a sweep.

Grabowski is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Kidd is trying to escape and Grabowski transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Kidd is forced to tap! Nice work there by Grabowski! Very nice indeed!
