The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riggins works over Terror's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Dark Terror has been cut.
Terror gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Riggins defending well as Terror loads up on a big left hand.

Riggins doesn't manage to clinch there - Terror circles away.

Terror shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Terror showed some decent athleticism there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Terror looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Riggins with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Riggins has hold of Terror's hands but Terror slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Riggins is trying to maintain the position but Terror is very close to passing his half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Riggins is trying to escape back to his feet but Terror uses the scramble to pass into side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Terror has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Riggins's body.
Riggins is trying to get back to his feet but Terror has full control of the position and if anything, Riggins has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Terror has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Riggins tries to roll but Terror sticks to his back.

Riggins uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Terror has time to react.
Riggins takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Riggins throws a right and a left that Terror avoids nicely.
Terror dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Riggins throws the left hand but Terror avoids the punch easily.
Terror looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Terror lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Riggins is rocked!
Riggins is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
A head kick misses from Terror.
Riggins swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Oh Riggins is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Terror is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Riggins flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Riggins is out cold! Terror holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
