Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Palmer Miranda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Grabowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michal Grabowski will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Miranda stalling the fight.
Grabowski looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Miranda fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Miranda stops a takedown attempt from Grabowski.

Grabowski has Miranda pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Grabowski pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Miranda tumbling to the mat - Grabowski dives into Miranda's guard.
Grabowski trying to control but Miranda is working from the bottom.
Miranda wants to sweep here but Grabowski controlling him for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Miranda wants to get back to his feet but Grabowski passes into half guard.

Grabowski is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Grabowski is working for a submission of some sort.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Grabowski wants to stand up but Miranda has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Miranda looks like he's trying to stand up.
Grabowski is just content to waste time from the top position. Miranda takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Miranda could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Miranda wants to stand up but Grabowski is controlling him.
Miranda is trying to keep Grabowski in close.
Grabowski pushing down on Miranda's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Grabowski is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Miranda tries to roll over but Grabowski keeps him under control.

Grabowski is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Miranda doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Grabowski.
Miranda manages to get to full guard.
Miranda avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Miranda knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Grabowski on the ground.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Miranda wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Grabowski manages to pass to side control.

Grabowski wants to lay and pray for a moment but Miranda keeps working.
Miranda might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Grabowski has an Americana. Miranda didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Grabowski is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Grabowski hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
