And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sadaq Omarzadah!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shigeki Fujiwara and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nakayama dives in and scores a takedown into Omarzadah's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nakayama loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nakayama is pushing down on Omarzadah's leg trying to pass to half guard. Omarzadah is fighting to maintain full guard but Nakayama has managed to sneak the leg through.

Nakayama is working for a kimura but Omarzadah is defending it quite comfortably.
Nakayama wants to pass to mount but Omarzadah is defending the position.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Omarzadah can do anything to dispel that myth.

Omarzadah tries to control Nakayama's body but Nakayama pushes him off. Omarzadah squirms to his side and now Nakayama has his back!

Omarzadah is trapped and Nakayama is scoring with shots to the head and body.

Omarzadah is trying to defend against the choke here but Nakayama has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Nakayama Tightens the hold and Omarzadah taps out furiously! Nakayama displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
