The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayne shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Tate throws the kick towards the body but Mayne avoids it.
Tate gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Mayne counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Terrence Tate has been cut.
Tate dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Mayne fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Tate sprawls well initially but Mayne persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
