Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dwayne Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sanchez Marquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Marquez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnson's waist but Johnson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Marquez off to one side.

That was a close round but I would say that Dwayne Johnson will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Johnson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Johnson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

A frustrated look appears on Marquez's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Johnson jumps guard but Marquez stands there with Johnson around his waist. Johnson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Johnson can't find room to land a body shot as Marquez controls the action.

Johnson has Marquez pressed against the cage, preventing Marquez from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
